    How to order club kit

    1. Agree the list.

Decide what the club pays for and what members buy. Start with the kit everyone needs.

    2. Check the rules.

Your league or federation may set rules on colours, numbers and sponsors, so check before you design.

    3. Collect sizes.

Ask every player for a size, and order some spares for new members.

    4. Get quotes.

Send three suppliers the same brief: product, quantity, sizes, fabric, print method, sponsors and delivery date. Ask if you can reorder the same design in small numbers later.

    5. Test a sample.

Wear it, wash it and check the print and the seams. Allow around 4 to 8 weeks for custom items and confirm dates with your supplier.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for custom teamwear?

It depends on the supplier, the fabric and the print method. Check the MOQ on each card and ask if it applies per design or per colour.

Can you add numbers, names and sponsors?

Most suppliers can. List every print position in your brief, because each one can change the price.

Can we reorder for new players?

Ask before you order. Reordering small numbers can be harder than the first order, so a few spares can be cheaper.

    Do you supply children's teams?

Some suppliers make junior sizes. Children's clothing has extra safety rules, so tell the supplier the ages.

How early should we order for a new season?

Allow around 4 to 8 weeks for custom items, plus time for sampling and for collecting sizes.

Is it free to get quotes?

Yes. Contacting suppliers on Supply EU is free. You can message them directly or post one free request.
