Tojo Cosmetics GmbH is based in Schenefeld, just outside Hamburg, and supports brands with skincare formulation, production, regulatory registration and the organisation of tolerance and efficacy testing. The team draws on more than 30 years of experience in cosmetics development and detailed raw material knowledge, formulating with ingredients that meet the requirements of the European Cosmetics Regulation. Alongside custom development, Tojo offers a ready-made private label range: pre-developed formulas with no development or approval costs, billed at production cost and available in small quantities, which makes it a low-risk entry point for new brands. The company also produces animal care cosmetics. Full confidentiality is guaranteed, and Tojo can handle CPNP product notification on the client's behalf.
