Drinks Chef

Drinks Chef develops and produces beverages for clients ranging from start-ups to blue chip companies, covering recipe creation, compliance, labelling, claims, shelf life testing, branding and production. Projects follow a structured process that includes a 100 litre pilot run for proof of concept before scaling, with recipe IP ownership addressed from the start. In-house production supports contract bottling, canning, sleeving and pouch filling for still and sparkling flavoured drinks, soft drinks and cocktails, including alcohol bottling and duty suspension. The facility is SALSA certified for pasteurisation, bottling and canning, and the in-house factory allows short lead times, low order quantities and full transparency of manufacture. Products made by the company are stocked by retailers including Waitrose, Ocado, Selfridges, Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
